This website sells genuine Wenger by SwissGear luggage, backpacks, and travel accessories to customers in Sri Lanka. WENGER® is a registered trademark used under license. Product images, descriptions, and availability are provided for information and may change without notice.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to purchase on this site. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve stock. An order is confirmed only after you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation. Prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required.

We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, including cash on delivery and other options made available from time to time. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud or error.

Delivery times and fees depend on your district and the options shown at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide, or when you collect it if applicable.

Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are handled according to our published return policy and the manufacturer warranty applicable to each product. Proof of purchase may be required. Normal wear, misuse, or unauthorized repairs may void warranty coverage.
